Shipping
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation of shipment that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package all the way to your door.
All orders are shipped within 48 hours on weekdays. We are closed on weekends. Tracking numbers are updated when shipments are picked up at the end of the day. If you have not received an email with a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to contact advancedtime.sg@gmail.com.

At Advanced Time, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck!
Singapore - Free Shipping
Rest of the World - Normal Shipping (1-2 Weeks), Flat rate $5
- Priority Shipping (2-4 Business Days), Flat rate $20

In the process of delivering your item to you, your package goes through a series of stages. Here's a quick guide to easily decode the delivery statuses you see when tracking your order.
STATUS MEANING
Order Receiving - Order is getting confirmed at our warehouse
Order Processing/Order Being Processed - Order is getting picked and packed
Shipped - Order has been scheduled for delivery
In Delivery/Out for Delivery - Order is on the way to you today
Delivered - Order has been delivered to you!
Refund Being Processed - We have received your parcel back at our warehouse and are in the midst of preparing your refund
Refunded - Advanced Time has processed your refund to your original payment method
Order Closed - Order is no longer valid for refund or exchange
