ALL ITEMS PURCHASED DURING THE END OF SUMMER SALE PROMOTION ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. NO REFUNDS ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS.
To request a return, use the form at the bottom of this page. Once your request has been received we will review and approve or deny (depending on eligibility) and you will be emailed instructions on how to proceed. For more detailed information on our Return Policy, please read the following.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only available for size and/or colour of the same style. Exchanging for a different product is strictly not allowed. We recommend to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the different product.
Please note that items Sold by Sellers as well as those in the Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable Items & Brands list are not available for exchange, unless stated otherwise.
Returns
Full price items purchased at Advanced Time are eligible for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items are eligible for store credit ONLY, and must be received by Advanced Time within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached in order to be refunded. To request a return label, please use the form at the bottom of this page.
An $8.00 label fee will be deducted from all returns for refund that use the return label provided. Any refunds totaling $500 or more are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All returns for store credit will be processed free of charge.
Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All items must be returned with box in its original condition with no postage labels attached. A box replacement fee of $10 will be deducted from any returns not meeting these requirements.
Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of being received. It may take up to 5 business days for credit card or PayPal refunds to be processed. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable
Exchanges
If you would like to make an exchange, we recommend that you place a new order for the size that you need, as we cannot place any items on hold.
Request a refund for your original order by filling out the form at the bottom of this page. Put your new order number in the “Customer Notes” field. For domestic returns, we will email you a prepaid UPS return label within 24 hours of your request. For international returns, ship your order to the address provided in the email you receive. Once we have received your return, we will issue a full refund for your original order.
Damages/Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact customer service immediately.
Advanced Time will provide a free exchange or full refund for defective items when notified within 7 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
Refunds Process
Refunds are typically issued via your preferred refund method indicated while filling up the Online Exchange and Return request or on the return slip. By default, the mode of refund is your original payment method, except Cash on delivery which is via Wallet Credit. You can also choose to be refunded via Wallet Credit.

Please note:

Advanced Time reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our warehouse.

If your exchange item is unavailable, we will proceed to refund you fully in store credit.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Ensure that refund details given are correct and complete.

Any incorrect and/or incomplete entries will be refunded entirely to Wallet Credit.

If you opt for a refund via your original payment method, the refund value will be apportioned according to the amount paid via store credits and your original payment method.

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.

We are unable to accommodate any refund reversal requests for Wallet Credit if 30 days have past from the refund date.

Any refunded Wallet Credit that is used on a new order, can only be refunded as store credit - even if a different refund method is selected.
