Ordering
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, insufficient stock, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please note that Advanced Time shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Advanced Time shall issue a refund to your credit card account for the amount you paid. Advanced Time cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable, the Advanced Time Customer Service team will notify you in a timely manner. Advanced Time reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. Advanced Time will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. Advanced Time reserves the right to cancel any order prior to shipping, should we find an error in pricing.

Unfortunately, the following changes are no longer possible once you have completed checkout. However, we recommend cancelling your order before proceeding to place a new order with the correct details.

Change Delivery Address
You've just placed an order but realise you've made a mistake with your address? If it's within the hour, please contact our friendly customer service at +65 3157 5555 and we might be able to tweak your order for you.
If more than two hours have passed, chances are that your order might have already been packed and shipped. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
For future reference, if you want to change your delivery address or send a surprise gift to a friend's address, you may follow these easy steps:

Under Billing/Shipping addresses, you can either click on or to change your address. Tick the address that you want your parcel to be delivered to.
Cancelling an Order
If you have just placed your order but have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll try our best to assist you. You can reach us at +65 3157 5555 (Mon-Sun, 9am - 6pm).
Unfortunately, if more than two hours have passed and you have received an email saying that your "Order is On Its Way", we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation requests. Your package would have been handed over to the assigned delivery partner and we will not be able to make amendments.
If it is a 'Cash on Delivery' and you’re still keen on canceling the order, you may refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery and simply inform the rider that you have changed your mind. Once the item is back in our warehouse, you will be refunded via Store Credit if applicable.
We can only accept cancellations of the whole order and not on certain items only. However, you can still return the items in your order that you don’t want!
